and ~90% of the files don't display the progress bar properly.

I can't replicate that. [Doesn't mean the issue doesn't exist]

You need this 2 files in the clever folder:

Originally the area between 'Edit' & 'App related' seemed like wasted
space, but then I found out you're using the space for batch button
display. Good & efficient.

Idea for a keyframe start cut selection.

When you use ffplay for the KF search, you need to use the s key to jump to the next frame finding a keyframe or not. Because the left and right arrow keys often jump over i-frames.
But most users look at the sceene for the cut and don't care if it is a i = k, b or p frame.
But they still want that loosless keyframe cut.
When a user enters the start and end values for the cut and click "Add cut mark", a pop-up window could display the thumbnail of the keyframe before and after the entered start value. So with your choosen scene in mind from ffplay, this makes it easier to make the selection for the actual KF start cut.

EDIT:
No selection is needed when the user start value is exactly a keyframe.

By the way, the preview of the last added cut marks always behaves the same. It starts playback one keyframe before the actual start cut time or the selected keyframe. This is in this phase necessary for key accrate cut and overall consistent. From that perspective, it's okay.
But for keyframe cut, it could start exactly at the keyframe in question.
However, the preview always stops playback at the right time.

2- Shouldn't that info be included in the LUT file?
3- How does other editing tools import the file as is, without renaming?
4- What other keywords are you using for validation that we should
include [or exclude] from the file name? for ex: are you using any of
these words [SDR, HDR, LOG, etc]
5- Do the keywords apply to all the other LUT formats [ex: DAT,M3D,CSP,XMP,DNG,AML]

CRF and player retains its value throughout the session.
The preview of the last cut now start at the correct position.
The tooltip for "Preview last cut" could be "Playback of the last cut always begins at a keyframe."

Yes, of course. It's intended for video clips.
I tested it with the 44 MB video I used for cuting.
You could disable the feature for source files that are larger than 100 MB, or that don't fit into memory.

Could you use colors for the “Startcut at (s)” values?
Green would indicate that everything is OK with the start point found and entered. Orange would indicate that a different keyframe is being used because a typo or transposed number may have occurred.

I have two requests.

1. Enable the use of the enter key to check the boxes on the mux page. The user would use the arrow keys to go to the desired checkbox and hit enter. This would give users another option to check the boxes. For laptop users like me, this option would be more preferable to using the mouse. This method works on MKVToolnix, so it's technically doable.

2. Let Clever memorize the default language and automatically applies that default the next time Clever runs. Or let the user choose the default language in the conf file and let Clever automatically applies that default to streams with that language.

I have a question unrelated to Clever, but don't know where else to ask.

I use this hotkey control+alt+n to open Notepad. The same hotkey also minimizes and maximizes the Notepad active window. Sometimes Notepad would show the letters FEVRUS at the top of the screen. When this happens, the hotkey doesn't work anymore until I clear the letters by clicking the page. I don't understand what is happening. I would really appreciate any input. Thank you.

On the main page, I can edit and delete the list of streams. However, this has no effect.
The same applies to Cut. But when I delete the list and click on Cut, problems arise. It takes forever and has to be canceled. The app then becomes unstable. Files such as 000_fasc_step3.mkv may remain in the output folder.
With chapters, I can only mark them and not change anything. So no problem there.
