flipper(dual sided) query

Before I start... Yes I have read the posts prior to this about joining a flipper to put on one dvdr...... and I Have been trying to do Jackie Brown following the guide/suggestions previously posted..... However what I cannot find is a guide to join the 2 sides of a flipper disc and include the menus etc... rather than just the film.

The Jackie Brown film has a Chapter selection for Side A and a different Chapter selection for Side B.. so this adds to the problem anyway.

Has anyone tried and succesfully joined a flipper with menus/extras etc...

Your ideas would be really appreciated.
