My nephew had our old family movies made into a DVD. I asked him to send a copy of the DVD but he don't have a DVD burner. He put all these files on his website for me and I downloaded all of them. Now I don't know what to do with them or how to do it. I have a DVD burner but am unsure what software and/or procedure to take.

All the files that he gave me look similar in name:

Video_TS, VTS_01_0, VTS_01_1, and they go all the way to VTS_05_1.

Is there a way that I can restore these files to a DVD so that I have a copy of my familie's home movies on DVD to keep forever?

    Thanks!

There's more guides for other softwares in the guides section, under "How to burn an already authored VIDEO_TS folder".
    If in doubt, Google it.

Another option is to use the following two programs:

1.) ImgTools (make sure it is the classic version that you are using)
    2.) ImgBurn

The first program will create a single ISO IMAGE file from the various DVD files you have now.

Basically create DIR with another DIR in it called VIDEO_TS and put the DVD files in the VIDEO_TS folder.

    So you have:

TOP FOLDER (call it MOVIE or whatever)
    - VIDEO_TS folder (in the MOVIE folder)
    - All the DVD files (in the VIDEO_TS folder)

Using ImgTools you would just select the TOP FOLDER (MOVIE as I called it in my example) and it will output a single ISO IMAGE file. Make sure you have enough HDD space. If the DVD files equal say 4.2GB then the ISO IMAGE file will be 4.2GB etc.

Now use ImgBurn to BURN that ISO IMAGE file to a DVD in your DVD Burner.

Both of these programs are 100% free to use and both work great!
