  1. I am ripping all of my dvd movies to my HD using DVD Decrypter. Is there a way to create a single file to click on to play a movie off my HD that would act similar to inserting the DVD to get the whole movie to play? As it is, when I watch the movies, I have to click on the .vob's each time and sometimes there are several and it gets to be a pain to have to open a new one each time one ends. Thanks!

  2. When you rip with DVDDecrypter, use No File Splitting option in the settings section. This will rip all the parts of the movie, but create a single VOB file that you can play continuously.

Alternately, if you play back the ripped movie with PowerDVD, the newer versions allow you to select "Open DVD File on Hard Disk Drive". Just select the VIDEO_TS.IFO and the entire disk should play just as if you had inserted the DVD in your DVD drive complete with menus and everything.

    This would be best IMO.

It will play exactly as if you had inserted the DVD in your settop DVD Player.
    If in doubt, Google it.
