I use DMF to capture from my DV cammer
but the audio allway choppy,I try to set at 44.1khz or 44.0khz,when I use ULEAD VIDEOSTUDIO 5.0 is ok.
my cam is Panasonic pv-dv200d-k
my 1394 firewire card is form DAZZLE DV-EDITOR
can someone help?

Try setting your audio capture settings to 48khz as thats what's needed for DVD authoring. Sounds like DMF is re-encoding the audio from 44.1 or 44 to 48khz and choppy sound is quite common when that happens. TMPGEnc sometimes has tha problem re-encoding audio to a higher frequency.
