help on tmpgenc SOUND peoblem. vcd om dvd

i follow all the steps there but WHEN I DO THE SIMPLE MULITIPEX part it comes out error ( 125042 s packets cause buffer underflow. The MPEG FILE MIGHT CAUSE ERROR WHEN IT PLAY)). so i come to this fourm searching for some answer. i found i can use bbmpeg for that multipex part. and NO errors shows up.. so i conintiue my next step converting vcd on dvd. using MovieFactory 2. and i burn 5 episodes(5 FILES) of friends tv show on 1 dvd. the PROBLEM IS THE FIRST 10 MIN OF EACH EPISODE IS FINE after THAT THE SOUNDS LIKE 1-2 SEC FASTER THEN THE VIDEO. anyone knows?
