About video encoding

Hello, I have several videos that I need to encode, these videos have different size and I wish to encode in a small size but keeping amazing quality, so I need to know the final biltrate or how can I do it? thank you in advance!

You can't know. Each video requires a different bitrate. And what you consider "amazing quality" may not be the same thing someone else finds as amazing. Different codecs will required different bitrates. And the codec settings you use (for example fast vs slow encoding) will require different bitrates.

You can run multiple encodes until you find what you like. Or you can use an encoder with "quality" based encoding. You select the quality you want and the encoder uses whatever bitrate is necessary to deliver that quality.
