Interesting, i kind of "discovered" this one in my bag of capture devices i collected over the years from my local thrift stores here.
It is really not bad at all if you give it a good signal (S-Video,TBC/Panasonic recorder) and specially turn off the artificial sharpness.

But the really nice feature is it can capture PAL60.
PAL60 always is a problem which comes back haunting us PAL people.
With some trickery it is indeed working for me:
