you need to update widevinecdm.dll (certificate work up to 11/07/2024)

latest chrome 96.x work fine
if you have other chromium browser (or old version), you need update this dll (i have manually update and work fine).

Just simply updating Chrome should update you to the new dll.... however that one is only any good for playback in browser. It will break the ability to get the decryption keys.
At this time the old dll still seems to be working for both playback and getting the keys

Some widevine servers are IP restrictioned as well
Some websites hide their license response behind encryptions like netflix

At least this is what Amazon USA is saying when playing the video from Amazon Prime
So grab your keys until then /You can decrypt them later!!!/
