does anyone know of a good program for creating animations?

I havent done a lot of animiations but for what i have done i used Jasac.

imageready by adobe is good at animations. comes with photoshop.

i have that,but i'm looking for something that's really easy to use and thats almost automatic. is there such a thing? i just want to make some simple animations like the emoticons.
