    Hey, just have a simple question. Anyone know a good program where I can encode a movie I have (it's in MPG format) to a DIVX file?? I basically want to minimize the file size, and I hear DIVX are the smallest. Thanks to anyone who can help.

    Or you could just load it into Virtual Dub, and select one of the DIVX codecs. And save it that way.
