Can anyone recommend a good program for the PC for cutting out pieces of video from a .ts video source file and then smart render it (i.e. join it all together without re-rendering the entire video). I have been using Fame Ring's Smart Cutter but it is pretty basic and also about 1 second or so after a cut point, the video playback on the output file occasionally glitches/jerks for a very short moment and is not smooth when I play the files back on my Samsung BDC-5900 Blu Ray player/media streamer. This is especially noticeable on video footage that is moving or when the camera is moving.
Any advice would be great thank you.
