  1. Hi,
I have a windows 7 x64 vm and I am trying to test mp4 / h.264 on it. I installed haali and ffdshow.
I am trying to render a media file in graphedit, and it doesn't find ffdshow so it says it can't render the video pin. I tried inserting it manually but I can't find it. It looks like ffdshow isn't installed on my machine, but I am sure it is.
    Help please.

    Hagai.

Did you install the 64 bit version of ffdshow?

  3. 64 bit programs need other 64 bit programs, filters, codecs, etc. 32 bit programs need other 32 bit programs, filters, codecs, etc. The two systems can't be mixed.

  4. I installed the 64 bit version of ffdshow, as far as I know. I downloaded it from here:

Graphedit is a 32-bit program, though, as far as I know. You'll need to have the 32-bit version of ffdshow installed. (Don't worry, you can have both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions installed simultaneously, with no real issues. That's the way I have it set up on my Vista x64 system.)

  6. Yes. I've never seen a 64 bit version of GraphEdit.
