Maybe just me, but I'm wondering why you would want just one big VOB file? You can use VOB2MPG to make one big MPEG file out of a decrypted DVD easily enough. That would give you a format that is more commonly used for editing. Since a VOB is a MPEG (Among other things), even for archiving it would seem a better choice.
If you try to run that one large VOB through a authoring program, it will just get cut up in to standard 1GB VOBs anyway.
And welcome to our forums. -

Looks like practically no one gave you any info that you can use. Yes, Imgburn can read an UNPROTECTED dvd into 1 big VOB file. From the tools menu, select settings and click on the READ tab. Inthe READ tab you will see a drop down menu next to file splitting. Select "None". This will allow you to decrypt your UNPROTECTED dvd into 1 big VOB file.

Then I guess the other posters who recommended DVDD and Smartripper were wrong to assume what the OP meant... except you of course...." Who needs Google, my wife knows everything" -
Or if the files are already on your hard drive, you can use DVD Shrink to produce one VOB.
