vob allocation error burning with nero after using dvd shrink

all,

i split a +9dvd to 2 +5dvds using either dvd shrink or dvd fab.
then i use nero to burn the 2 halfs.

whilst burning, nero complains that there is a vob allocation failure but informs that this is a minor issue and carries on.

when i test the +5dvds on both, my pc and standalone dvd player, they seem to work fine.

so my question is the "vob allocation failure" a "real" problem?
if so, how do i correct such an error?
