Well i am away till tuesday so i can't look into this but i suspect that if you add the DotNetBar.dll to the Global Assemby Cache you will be ok.
Goto Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Configuration in Control Panel: Admin tools. Click on Assemby Cache and then "Add an Assembly to the Assembly Cache". Then browse to the dll in the program folder.
Let me know if this solves the problem.

ok. You can start the .net config program using:
Code:c:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\mscorcfg.msc

MAJOR update...i was able to open form the dos via the run option, then i pop in that code you dropped with the .net framework run command, then found the add assemblt and open the svcd2dvd folder to locate the dotnet(whatever) dll and Bingo bango the app opens now! -
Excellent. Sorry about this. I am away till tuesday so this workaround will have to do until i get back.
