  1. i dl a .avi but when i try to play it or convert it, it says thats there is on codec for this particular .avi . This is the biggest thing..... I HAVE EVERY NEW CODEC ON MY COMPUTER.. i was havin this bs problem a couple of months ago and dl every new codec that was out.. even went to microsoft site and dl that new codec 4 thats out for it media player... its like dam.... HOW MANY FUCKIN CODECS THATS OUT THERE ?!?!?!?!??!? AND Y CANT ALL PEOPLE USE THE SAME ONE INSTEAD OF ONE THAT NO ONE CAN FIND... but when i click on the .avi file and click on the preview tab it comes up and gives this error " vids:MP43 decompressor error " so can anyone tell me where to find this codec at ?????

  2. Firstly, please try search (located at the top of this page).

    You need to download the DivX codecs. Can be found be the link named "Tools" on the menu to the left: http://www.vcdhelp.com/vcdtools.htm

    What a big mouth you've got, why all the swearing. If as you claim you've got every codec on your PC, you'll have no difficulty in locating one suitable for MP34.

  6. i been had 3.11 alpha and i have already dl the now 4.0 but it still didnt do anything..... also its my fault ... its MP43..... NOT 34.....

  8. I've had the same problem with an avi i captured from my ATI TV USB. On my older comp running win98, it worked fine. But on my new XP machine, realplayer told me, "No decompressor found for MP43." Is this an XP error? Or do i just have to dl the codec?
