I've got some music videos that i want to put onto a dvd.
They are wma/v files 320x240 pixels,308 data rate,video sample size 24 bit.
This doesn't mean a lot to me other than they're obviously not great quality.
What is the best PAL settings to use in TMPGEnc for these ?
I don't know whether to choose 352x288 or 352x576 or 720x576 video resolution.
Or what to set the average video bitrate to.
Obviously i want to convert them to the best quality i can but i don't want to have the settings too high that it takes ages and doesn't give any better results.

352x288 would probably be best. Anything larger and you'll see an increase in pixelization. Any more than 2000kbps is probably overkill.
