Sorry if this one's been addressed already...
WTF does "could not opening output stream" mean as a terminal error in VCDimager? I've been trying to use the TSCV GUI to burn SVCDs, or having it generate a base xml document that I edit to get VCDs (the GUI doesn't seem to support VCDs w/ the current version; the option is greyed out). However, every time I try to make a .bin file, I get that same error at the end. I'm encoding my video files using TPMG encoder's standard templates.
Can anyone clue me in as to what I'm doing wrong or what this error message signifies?
