    I got a green screen on a movie what do i do ???

    I tried in mediaplayer - divx - and BSplayer. all green !!!

    Somewhere I've read that a green screen indicates XviD codecs. They are found here...

    i also got the gspot and it says that i got all the codecs

    !!!

    Could be it's a fake AVI then - Not all that unlikely, if you "found" it somewhere...

    I had installed ffdshow(maybe some old version) and got a green screen on a xvid video. Disabled it and it worked fine (in media player while playing select file->properties->advanced to check if it is installed)
