    Hi,

    I need help. When I try to play WMV videos they start fine for a few seconds and then they turn into a bright green screen. I can hear the sound but the screen remains green.
    Can you tell me how I could fix this?

    You are missing the correct codec. You can get the latest wmv codec pack from MS.
