  1. OK i tried hard not to ask this question but I can't seem to find an answer ( Although I'm sure I've read the question before )

I have a Divx movie where the sound is out of sync. I wanna demux it and try to fix the sync.
How am I gonna do it ?
    Anyone ?

    thx.

Strange as it might seem, I've had success merely 'Direct Stream Copying' avi files in Virtual dub, and most of the time (for a reason I cannot figure) the resulting file is perfectly in synch.

Method: Load Virtualdub then File > Open Video File. Video > Direct Stream Copy. Audio > Direct Stream Copy. File > Save AVI.

It's worked a good 80% of the time with movies badly out of synch. Worth a try if you're in a hurry.

Hope this has been some help.

  4. first off its not multiplexed , its 2 seperate tracks. As for fixing the audio try using Divx doctor II , and then if that doesn't work try using Divx tool
to export the audio track(as long as it isn't WMA) I have found it is easiest
for me just to do it under Virtual PC then paste in the doctored mp3 track or just convert the entire Divx to Mpeg-1.

  5. Use QT Mutator to sync your DivX movie.
