    Okay now I see those double sided DVD-R's with 4.7GB on each side.But that's like putting the movie on two DVD-R's,only you don't have to worry about loseing the second one.

    Anyone know about 9.4GB single sided DVD-R's?

    Since the dual-layer, single-sided DVDs made today are pressed, not burned, first they will have to make a DVD burner that can write to 2 layers at a (slightly) different distance.
