Need help joiining MPEGs

I have a 4cd svcd dvdrip of Lord of the rings. I converted them to vcd compliant MPEG video. I would like to rejoin these since I will not need 4 cds since the vcd compliant MPEG is much smaller in size. If possible I would like to cut it down to 2 cds if possible. Thanks for your help.

Use TPMGe. Under mpeg tools , last tab is cut and join, Choose Standard VCD from pull down menu...click on add and select part 1 then add and part 2....name out put file Something other than what u have already ...then run.. Takes a few...u can watch progress
