I just learned No television can fit the entire screen of a movie, and tv's usually cut about 5-10 percent off the corners of vcds. I know how u feel man, the only vcds i make is anime. But the thing with your anime is, most likely your anime is a fansub. And usually when it's fan subbed the person who encoded them put the subtitles waaay at the bottom. Anyways, I used Panasonic Mpeg1 encoder, and they let you add borders around the movie. I put about 24 lines off the top/bottom left/right and it looks right on my tv. I hear you can crop with tmpg also, but I don't know how
