as in the title, avi files i created with avidemux do not play fast forward on my samsung tv (otherwise no problem viewing)
i used xvid and h264 settings but no difference.
converted files using super(c) had never such problems - but i use ubuntu now and super(c)also gave me too many errors lately.
any idea?

I would try make a mp4 instead. If your tv supports it.
