  1. Hi,

I hope somebody can help me. I downloaded a lot of subtitles online before and mux it with my movies. Now I want to edit these subtitles as it has added lines to it. So I want to check what are the movies I need to edit without extracting the subtitle for every movie just to check if I need to edit the sub.

What is the quickest way to view the subtitle in mkv from start to end of movie?
I use mpc & vlc for playback but it doesn't have an option to view the whole subtitle(none that I know of).Thanks.

Just name the subtitle as same as the movie, not sure if you mean to extract the subs from rar or from the mkv but you have to have the subtitles extracted and named as the movie if you want to view the subs, you can add subs to mpc-hc without renaming them but it's more of a chore.

  3. Thanks for the quick response. I meant to extract the sub from mkv and check if I need to edit that sub.

  4. Right now I just wanna see quickly what movies(mkv) in my library have added lines to its subs so I can edit it later. Is there any software that can do this?
