Problems copying interactive/audio disk using Nero

This is off vcd topic but i need to burn a copy of a cd (personal use only of course) but i seem to be having a few problems. The thing is, there are 16 audio tracks and an interactive video section. In nero i burned a couple of copies of this disk using the mixed-mode format. All is ok until i play it and the data track is the first track on the cd! this makes the whole of the rest of the cd out of sync with the numbers on the back of the cover, In nero i cant seem to rearrange the tracks so the data track is last.

Any ideas??

I'm not sure, but I have burned cd's with interactive vids and all i do is go to copy a cd instead of mixed mode. Just a thought.
