Common Language Runtime error

I am getting this error when i try to run the plus version. I installed it, and it worked great. Then I rebooted my comp, and when i tried to run this program again i started getting this error. I deleted the whole directory, ran the unistaller that chrissyboy wrote for this and installed the software again and it worked. Well that lasted a day or so, and Im gettin this error again. I tried unistalling and installing it again, but nothing this time. I am running windows XP, and i have all the latest updates. im stumped now...im wondering whats wrong here...i have enclosed a screen shot of the error im getting..if anyone can help i would really appreciate, because this is a kick ass tool and saves a lot of time....much props to chrissboy for this and all of you who reply to these posts.

So i guess no one knows???? Damn this sucks.....i have a whole bunch of videos to burn and i dont want to go back to the old way.......

Chris has spent all evening writing fixes for me to try and resolve a very similar same error for me. Not sorted it yet but boy what customer support this man gives.

Good on you Chris, its much appreciated as I really want to get this program up and running again, its so damn good and so fast I really can't be messing with all that performance I used to have to go through to write a DVD from an SVCD.

Yeah I agree.....17 bucks with this kind of service....beats alot of these other software companies out there....if you guys dont have the + version its a must....we need support chrissyboy for all his hard work...
