    Hiya all,

    Having just purchased the 2.5.2580 version, after a mate told me this is the best one.

    this is my 1st time at trying to download vids etc and burn to dvd,

    I keep getting runtime has to shut the program down due to common runtime being invalid....

    and then the programme shuts down.

    Could anyone help me????

    Sure. First of all have you got .Net 2 installed?
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
    VOB2MPG PRO, Extract mpegs from your DVDs - with you in control!

    ok when do you get this error? During processing? If so can you post your log file of the run in question?

    Logs can be found via the menu : Help->Open logs folder
