Introducing DivX 6
DivX® 6 is here! DivX 6 is here! *Sigh* Well, so much for the grand and
suspense-filled introduction. As you can tell, we're pretty excited.
After tons of hard work and endless cups of coffee, we are proud to
announce the release of DivX 6 with support for the new DivX® Media
Format which includes advanced features such as menus, multiple
subtitles and multiple audio tracks.
Whether you're interested in creating your own high-quality DivX media
files or simply want the ability to playback DivX video, on your PC or
right on your TV with a DivX Certified DVD player, there's a DivX 6
product to suit your needs.
Are you a Mac user? Stay tuned for the Mac version of DivX
6. In the meantime, check out the existing DivX Pro for Mac.

We're hard at work on the DivX Create Bundle for Mac and the DivX Play Bundle for Mac. Rest assured that we’ll let you know the second they are ready for release. In the meantime, please continue to use DivX 5.2.1 or DivX Pro™ 5.2.1 for Mac OS X.Keeper of the "Unofficial" iMovie FAQ also for the lastest iMovie news click here

Blah, divx. I never jumped on the bandwagon. I'm still an mpeg man myself.

With Apple and everyone else on the H.264 bandwagon I kinda don't see the point. As long as M$ does not F' it up.
