    Hi!
I have a little problem with DVD Lab.
I did whole project, ready to compile DVD.
After DVD was compiled I checked the Video_ts folder only to find
    5 files:
    VTS_01_01
    VTS_01_02
    ......
When I opened my Power DVD only main movie played without any menu,or short movie segment.
    I did everything right,never had problem before,but now I can't find a mistake.

Do you have any idea what can be wrong??

    Thanks

Movie marked as First Play Item?

When playing in PowerDVD do you get the menu if you press menu button?

  3. In PowerDVD, select, "play dvd from file" (I think that's what it's called), and select the parent folder.
eg, you have a folder called "temp", and inside that folder are the "video_ts and audio_ts" folders. Select the temp folder. This should open the menu first (if you did it right in dvdlab).

I think I did it everything right.
Actually when I open Power DVD IFO file is missing.Only those 5 VOB files are present.
When I tried other DVD player I got straight my movie playing but without the menus.
I never had a problem before.I did only 3 DVD's but without problem like that.
What information I should give you so you can picture my problem.

Thank you guys for your time

Had the same problem the other day with a project.
I kept modifying the same project (which must of picked up a bug) and just went from frying pan to frying pan.

I couldnt fix it until I started from scratch again.

are you selecting play DVD from Hard Drive and then locating the IFO? You should not be able to see any VOB's when browsing with PowerDVD.

You will only see them if you select to play media files. You will not see IFO's either when you select this option

you need to get hold of Mark's Tray DVD player. Version 2 onwards only works with a registered version of DVDLAB and not as a standalone like the previous versions did. This is an excellent analysis program and most times should be able to show exactly where it's going wrong

  9. I had the same problem with WinDVD6, it only plays main movie.
WinDVD Platinum (a year older) plays exactly like the dvd should.
