You must not have followed the part of the guide that deals with authoring. The mp2 file has to be authored and then burned to dvd. Follow all the instructions.

I did follow all the instructions. I'll do it again and see what happens. I keep getting this error to
runtime error
This application has requested to terminate it in an unusual way -
Did it again, followed the instructions again and its still not giving me an iso file, the 2nd I tried I stopped it to double check everything, and when I looked in the folder there was actually an iso file, but after that I deleated all the files to restart and follow the directions and its giving me an mp2 file instead of a iso.

Just for kicks I did it again, and once again it turns into an mp2 file, no iso any where. Here is the last few lines of what diko said

By the way the one setting that someone might ask if I have checked, burn cd image, its checked. The only thing that was different was, instead of having add just down there I havea start conversion button to, so this time I clicked add, it added the movie in the little box, then it said I needed atleast 1 avi file so I went back up top and clicked the movie. I'll see if this helps at all. Don't know what I'm talking about, I'm refering to this pic
