I am using a program called "Super DVD Creator" to convert my downloaded MPEGs to the proper format for burning them to DVD files (VOB, IFO). When it converts them (using Sonic MyDVD), it says that the file rates may not read in a standalone DVD player because they may be large for a standard DVD player.
"Could not complete the last command because: The data rate of this file is too high for DVD. You must replace the file with one of a lower data rate. (DVDErr, -20404)PGC Info: name=Movie 1, ref=Fpgc, time=2249.15"
Then I tried it with TMPGEnc DVD Author and it said the samething but it still let me convert the files. The DVD work in my DVD player but the video were a little blurry. Audio was fine though.
So my questions are: What can I use for MPEGs to make the files the correct size for a dvd player and is that problem why my videos were blurry.
Thanks!
