I'm a newbie doing a screen capture to flash for the web. When I view the .mov it looks great, but as soon as I convert it to flv it gets fuzzy. I have tried various settings, but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions? Thanks

What software are you using?
What settings are you using? Resolution, bitrate, etc
What it your source video details? Resolution, etc
