Your synch issue is 100 percent definitely NOT being created in the burn phase of your project. All you are doing there is a data transfer, so if it's out of synch on the finished DVD, your title set is bad. Check your source file(s) for bad frames, improper frame rates, etc. Is it a progressive synch problem or is the whole audio track off, which can possibly be corrected with an offset? Maybe if you provide a little info somebody can help you come up with a solution. Way too many possibilities and your question is far too vague.

ok iam using tmgpenc, encoding into mpeg 2 then using ulead to author it.
everything is fine on oth cases (i havent watched it all through but it works fine every 5 mins) now once i burn it to a dvd (x2) , and play it from the start its all out of sync. maybe its a bad frame causing it when i burn.
but how do i find a bad frame ?
thanks -
Use VirtualDub to scan your source file for bad frames/errors. The synch problem is probably an improper frame rate not just a bad frame, causing it. Again, the burn process is a data transfer of a file that's already been multiplexed so you can eliminate that possibility. It is NOT causing the problem. It is pre-existing.
