Help!! tmpgenc plus is not working

Hi all
I need some help to fix my tmpgenc plus suddenly not working at all. I try to uninstall and reinstall it again but it not working eigher. I need some help or advice what should I have to do.

Without any details, I will take a guess. You loaded it 2 weeks ago without paying for it and it has timed out. It leaves something on you HD so that reloading is doesn't fix it.

If this is right, I am not sure that you can do anything other than register it - pay for it. Try setting your date back to the day you downloaded it. I don't know if that will work, but it's easy to try.

If this is not your problem, you will have to explain what your problem is. Just saying it doesn't work anymore is a good way to get ignored.

Start over with another post. They guys who know enough to help you may not bother to revisit a post with such a lame problem statement.
