I just purchased a NVIDIA GTX 560 and upgraded to TMPGEnc VMW5.
TMPGEnc does not show I have CUDA available.
any help will be greatly appreciated

Have you enabled CUDA? It's disabled by default.
Go to Options, Preferences, CPU/GPU and check Enable NVIDIA CUDA. Then go to MPEG, Mpeg decoder section and change all decoders to CUDA hardware.

Contacted NVIDIA on issue, they had me install a driver update.
When back to Options, Preferences was not able to check Enable Cuda.
Field still blank.
