  1. I am using clad dvd, to rip, and then dvd2avi to frameserve into tmpgenc, when i get all done encoding into mpeg 1 video cd format The audio is about 10 seconds out of sync with the video. I am even trying to copy superman the movie, just like in Sefy's guide. Please help I have tried looking in the forums, no one seems to know much about this particalur, large async problem.

  2. A common problem is forgetting to load a Template, have you loaded one ? have you followed the steps correctly ? just for the testing, have you tried playing back the VCD on another PC ? sometimes the sync is caused by the Decoder itself.

  3. Yes I loaded the template, totally vcd compliant, i burned it onto a cd using nero, same problem audio on my dvd player, philips 825, way out of sync. I found another post that said they fixed the problem by using dvd2avi save a project of part of the movie, but i can't figure out how to do it...if you can.

    I had a similar problem recently and found this link on a helful reply in the forum somewhere.

    The key was frameserving with VirtualDub which is a great bit of software.
