My brother has ordered AOL DSL and what I have observed is he has to connect using his AOL account before you can search the net. If I hit IE prior to his logging into AOL, I cannot reached the site.
If that is the case, how can I share that connection using a router? In the router, there is login and password so that is where we put in his AOL login parameters?
Are you confined to AOL's browser or not?
Thank you for any help

Set the router to Standard pppoe settings and fill in the user name as"user@aol.com and your pass word and you are set to go.
Aol has been cracked so you are not confined to the bloatware .
