    wondering if anyone can help me. my friend is with aol. he had his pc formated the other day and lost all his settings. now i was wondering if anyone knows the number that the modem dails out on? i know someone will say phone aol but he his seeking action agaist them so they wont give that info to him. any ideas would be greatful.

    Install AOL on the computer. It will list all the available phone numbers to dial out on once you provide your postal code or whatever its called in the UK. Then pick one.
