    Hi,
    I have a mpeg file (VCD) and the sound is coming out only from one speaker. I've checked and it's not my sound card. What I want to know is can we fix that or it was encoded like that and it's unfixable? It's a mpeg video file.

    More than likely the audio is only on channel. Load the original video into Gold Wave. It should tell where the audio is in respect to the available channels. If it is on only one channel, you can copy and paste itt to the other channel as well.
