    Hello,

I have a couple of DVD's I downloaded in which the (mono) sound is coming out of only one speaker via both my PC and DVD recorder. What's the easiest way to make new copies where the sound will come through both speakers? Please let me know. Both shows are old TV broadcasts from the 70's, and don't have stereo sound.

I did download a more recent broadcast program and made a DVD-R copy yesterday, and the audio did come through with no problem playing in both speakers.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm confused. I didn't start another thread, and haven't sent this question to other discussion groups and links. This was the only board I sent this question to. Please explain. Thanks.

What format are the source files (AVI?)
And how are you playing them? Just copying the file to the DVD, or converting to DVD MPEG?

These were ISO files that I burned to disc using Windows Disc Image Burner. The source files are AVI I'm pretty sure.
