Media Studio Pro can't start capture 7.0

Has anyone else had this problem? I have ADS Instant DVD 2.0. I can use their capture wiz and Video Studio 7. I can't use capture under Media Studio Pro 7.0 with all patches installed and such. If I remove capture wiz it will start but not find device. I get a log message as follows:
StrMach.DLL initializing!
Error : Cannot create USB video source filter
StrMach.DLL Terminating!

Well that is interesting. I can use all modules including capture but can not use the audio editor. I get some kind of error message and the program closes. Their audio editor is not that good so I dont care about it.
