    after i rip a move and use tmpgenc on one disk guide i put the movie on disk it plays fine all the wat through until about 20 min left in the movie and it starts skiping and blocks up any help?

    These problems tend to happen from using low quality media. Also there is a thread that is talking about having those exact problems from puting labels on dvds. This could also be your problem. To know whether the problem happened during encoding or burning you should check the file on your computer before you burn it.
