Any pointers to a good miniDVD/cDVD HOWTO?

I have not been able to find the howto on creating a miniDVD/cDVD. I am sure it must be on this site somewhere. Can anyone please point me in the right direction.

http://www.cinenow.com has some VOB trailers in miniDV format if you want to test compatibility with your player.

You can easily make cDVD/miniDVDs with for example Ulead MovieFactory, choose DVD and author and then just burn on CD-R/W in the final step.
