Synchronization of video+audio track

I have a file from YT in MPEG2-TS format. Before downloading (online watching), everything is OK, after the download, the sound and the image becomes asynchronous after a while - ie the sound is delayed by the image. At the end it is already 10 minutes. How can it be repaired or download without this shift? I used to do it a long time ago and it was quite a science. DEMUX, etc. Is there any elegant procedure? Or somehow a utility that will make it easier?

as far as I know youtube does not host transport streams, so something seems to be wrong with your download method.

Looks like the issue is caused by broken/incorrect timestamps from the TS stream. Your MediaInfo shows the video is VFR (Variable Frame Rate), and after conversion/remux the audio slowly drifts out of sync.

Try remuxing the original .ts file first without re-encoding:

ffmpeg -fflags +genpts -i input.ts -c copy output.mp4

If the sync still drifts, force constant FPS during re-encode:

ffmpeg -i input.ts -vf fps=30000/1001 -c:v libx264 -c:a aac fixed.mp4

Usually this fixes progressive A/V desync issues from TS streams. TS containers often carry messy timestamps, especially from streaming hosts.

If regular tools like Avidemux not work you should give it a try with ProjectX to process/demux it.
We always used that here with our old MPEG2 sat/cable box recorders to fix possible timing/sync errors.

Digital tuner captures going out of sync when authored

Before authoring you should first use Projectx to demux/sync the DVB recordings.
