question turn a master folder files to a exe file

Hi I have got a question if anyone can help me with it

is it possible to turn a folder of master files to a exe file
there is a software i need but it is a folder with master files
and it does have a exe file but it is in the sln file
it is the full software with all the files is there a way to turn it into a exe file or a portable exe file
or is there a way to launch the sln file
it is a software to edit ps1 game files i have not seen any software to does it only this one.

You need Visual studio to compile the project to an exe.
But you also search for a binary.
Google for Wadtool

hi prowo how do i download the binary then i downloaded the zip file of the github website and it is a load of files in the folders i dont think there is a binary of this software

hi prowo is this the same software cos the software from the github site does not have a version a lot of theses wad tools dont seem to work they only seem to work for pc wad files. this is a ps1 wad file which would need a different software but the only software that will work is the juju2143 wadtool cos that does support ps1 wad files it says that in the github page but there is no exe file for it only master files if i could use a software to turn it to a exe file. or make the software portable

Have you tested the version posted by me above?
To make an exe for Windows, you need a c and c# IDE with net6 support installed.
The best would be Visual Studio (with C/C# support).
Maybe a developer here in this forum can compile it for you.
