Hello everyone,
I have a DP-UB424 with an HDD hooked up to it to play .mkv files.
These Movies are all running smoothly on my laptop and TV, but the player does not accept most of the audio tracks.
To describe the issue; The movie runs, the player displays the audio format, but it does not actually produce any sound.
This issue is not limited to any language or format type.
It does let a french track run so I flagged some tracks in french (with MKV Tool), but this does not seem to work. There is also no difference between the french track and the other ones (at least as far as I can see).
Interestingly it does however throw an error when running atmos tracks (which the player should support and does on uhd blu rays).
Does anyone have a clue?
Thanks in advance!
