Can i remove hdr from a mkv file and convert dts to ac3 without encoding

Is there a way to remove the hdr info of any mkv file so appear like just not has hdr and transform any dts or dts-hd sound into ac3 or truehd sound?


I try mkvtoolnix, tsmuxer e.t.c. but i can't remove the hdr info from the file.

It would have to be tone-mapped and re-encoded.
Vidcoder can do it
